My So-Called FiLife: Colin Constantine

FiLife has some cool interns working for us this summer. Here’s an introduction to our third bandmember, Colin Constantine:

Money has always been something I’ve been told not to worry about, so I haven’t.

I grew up in Purchase, NY as the third of four brothers. All of us attended a private day school in nearby Greenwich, Connecticut. My Dad has been in finance for thirty years and my mom has been a real estate developer for as long as I’ve been alive. I look up to both of them for all they’ve accomplished and for devoting their lives to ensuring their kids have all the opportunities they need to succeed.

I’m a writer at heart, which is why I’m majoring in English (and why I’m so bad with numbers). I’ve been challenging myself for the past couple of years by keeping a journal every day, getting published in my school’s honors journal, and writing for every student publication I can get my hands on. Writing about personal finance has been the most challenging task I’ve encountered so far.
