This is my first time using the company.I got quick service as far as getting approved, lets see how their shipping goes.Until I have a bad experience I prefer to keep an open mind.I prefer to shop online.I do not care for stores.

Ok can someone explain why my purchase got denied today. It was my first time ever using bill me later and I have an great credit score. Went to use the bill me later because of the promo no payments for 6 months no intrest blahhh blahhh. And it came back as use another payment option whats up with that? If I applied for a credit card at that store it would get approved so why does bill me later deny me credit. I have a feeling after reading these posts that a lot of people are going to be turned off by them due to this. As someone pointed out above if they think you are going to pay it off and they will not be getting thier intrest forget it they won't even consider you.

To me, Bill Me Later is like a craps shot. You just never know what you're going to get. I have used the service and have had an account with them for over a year now. Whether or not my purchase gets approved though is a big gamble. I've had little purchases declined when I had no balance with them and a perfect payment record. It doesn't make sense. Then, a month or so later they will approve a larger purchase. Its a nice concept but its hard not to be able to depend on them as a payment method.

Billmelater has a real problem. I have been using it for approximately one year, usually with no incident. However, today I was declined a purchase. The manager said the decline was due to the purchase price being "too high based on spending patterns". Given that I have a low current balance, am up-to-date on payments, and have made far larger purchases on billmelater, I would like more of a rational answer about the decline. The manager assured me that everything is driven by the computer, so there is no way to increase the spending limit manually or check into further information about reason for decline. Wow...how's that for customer service?

Thank you all for the eye opening information... I'll be sure not to use this system... For the people saying that it works for them--How do we know that you don't work for them...?
