Welcome to our site! As you can see, FiLife is open and ready for action, and we’re excited that you’re here. We’ve set out to take a different approach to personal finance, one that is informative as well as fun and engaging.

We encourage you to take a swim through the site and check out its many features. We’ve got eight Stackers where you can compare yourself to a national sample or to a smaller subset of folks on various personal financial issues. The Stacker also acts as a smart search engine, serving up content that is relevant to you, based on your Stacker results. We’re feverishly working on building more Stackers; you’ll see those come on line in the coming weeks and months.

Got questions? Take them to our gurus. You’ll see them sprinkled throughout the site, and they’re looking forward to helping you sort through the thorniest financial problems. You may also have a bit of the guru in you, in which case we welcome your answers to user’s questions.

We’ve also got a massive directory of financial products. Check out how your credit card or your checking account rates with FiLife users. If you don’t see a rating, be the first to take the plunge and let people know what you think. We believe that together we can more effectively sort through the chaos and clutter that sometimes makes personal finance far more confusing than it should be.
